Welcome. I’m Joy.
I’m a writer, meditation teacher, and guide for people navigating grief, relational pain, and life seasons that ask them to come back to themselves.
I work at the intersection of trauma-informed healing, embodied practice, and cultural truth-telling, helping people rebuild self-trust and relational integrity after patterns of survival inside relationships that pulled them away from themselves.
I guide people through the messy middle.
The seasons where something has ended, something hasn’t begun, and you’re left holding more than you know what to do with.
The part where the old ways don’t work anymore, but the new way hasn’t fully revealed itself yet.
My work lives with people navigating loss, relational rupture, identity shifts, and the slow, tender process of coming back to themselves.
Through meditation, Yoga Nidra, somatic practice, writing, and guided containers, I help people build the inner steadiness to stay with what is true and move from survival into a more grounded, self-led life.

My mission is to help multi-passionate women in business create more ease and sustainability in their daily lives.
From the support they offer their clients to the care they give themselves, I’m here to help them honor all their big dreams without the burnout that often hits hard when you have more than one source of joy at your core.
Fusce risus nisl, viverra et, tempor et, pretium in, sapien.
How I came to this work
Life brought me to a place where the tools that had once carried me were no longer enough.
I found myself inside a season of complicated grief, loneliness, deep loss, and patterns I could not think my way out of. The kind of patterns that do not respond to insight alone.
It brought me to my own unraveling.
A place where I stopped reaching up and out for answers…
and started listening inward.
To my body + breath.
To my pain (that I could not deny anymore).
To the quiet, steady voice underneath all the noise.
And that voice asked me a question I could not ignore:
Can you find the yes?
Not the yes that performs.
Not the yes that keeps the peace.
The yes that tells the truth.
That was the beginning of everything.
The work I offer now
Everything I offer comes from that place.
Not from perfection.
Not from theory alone.
From living inside the tension of love, loss, truth, and choice, and learning how to stay rooted in myself while all of that is happening at once.
Over time, I came to understand that real healing is not about forcing transformation.
It is about building the kind of inner steadiness that lets you stay with what is real.
It is about moving at the pace your nervous system can actually trust.
It is about telling the truth before you are fully finished with the story.
And it is about stopping the old habit of abandoning yourself just to keep something or someone else intact.
SoulEase™
Out of that lived experience, and years of guiding others, my body of work began to take shape.
I call it SoulEase.
A practice of moving through what I understand as:
Soul Ache — the wound, the longing, the residue of harm
Soul Collapse — the breaking point where identity and old ways of making meaning begin to fall apart
SoulEase — the reweaving, the integration, the sacred both
Not a quick fix.
Not a performance of healing.
A return.

My lens
I help people understand harm without weaponizing it,
hold compassion without erasing accountability,
and rebuild trust in themselves after relational rupture.
The deeper invitation is not just to feel better.
It’s to live in relationships with more integrity.
That is psychological work.
That is relational work.
That is cultural work.
And for many of us, it is deeply spiritual work too.
I sometimes call this larger orientation:
Embodied Relational Sovereignty
The capacity to reclaim your own authority while remaining capable of connection, compassion, and moral complexity.

As I started to build systems that worked for me, I found that women were seeking me out and asking how I kept things organized and moving forward without spending every waking hour filming Reels.

H2: Get to Know Me Better
Repeat for the number of facts you have, keeping word counts around the same length for visual appeal and content clarity.
While you certainly can craft these with clients in mind. You can also simply share things you may have in common with clients or things that may magnetize or demagnetize clients.
Example
I’m a dog mom to two adorable pups. Gary (a Great Dane who is truly a gentle giant) and Stan (a mini-poodle-mix with a big heart).
(Note: If people aren’t “pet people,” they’ll probably still be okay working with Stella. And they may see her pet-caretaker role as proof of her compassionate, caring nature. They may also laugh at the very human names of her pets… Maybe ;)

Repeat for the number of questions you have, keeping word counts around the same length for visual appeal and content clarity.

Calm Fears: Put on your coaching hat and quell any common fears that tend to rise up in the minds of your specific ideal client. Will they worry about the time needed to work with you? Will they worry about the cost of investment? Address it positively and directly so they know it’s nothing to worry about.
Solve Problems + Explore Benefits: FAQs are a great place to reinforce your messaging around problems and solutions or challenges and outcomes. What questions do you think your clients might have about the promises you’ve made and how can you assure them that they’re in the right place and you can deliver?
With 6 Qs, each question needs to be about 30 words to reach a page count of 1500+.
